At Leina LMFT PLLC, I provide online psychotherapy to clients in multiple states. My focus is on helping individuals, couples, and families overcome mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health services, and I strive to make that a reality for our clients. Currently accepting insurances under Cigna, Optum and Aetna umbrellas. More to come.
EXPERIENCE
I have over 14 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to clients. I have worked with individuals, couples and families. I use an integrative approach in which I choose from different modalities to better match your needs. I see clients as the expert in their lives and use a strength-based approach to ensure that you are aware of what you are already doing well in your life despite setbacks. I work with many clients who are receiving therapy for the first time due to the safe environment that I create.
